Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong are all forms which enhance the human energy system. They are a precious gift to give to yourself and, with regular practice, will lead to greater health, wealth, and happiness. All the ancient healing methods I offer have been passed down through centuries and ages because THEY WORK!

I will teach you vibrational healing tools which break up stagnation in the flow of your natural life force energy. Energy must flow to maintain optimum vitality. Like water, energy which is moving is clear and powerful, while blockages lead to stagnation which, for human beings, materializes in their body as illness, in their life as problems, and in their mental states as dissatisfaction, anger, depression, and other unpleasant thought forms. When one’s mind is negative or agitated, challenging emotions can lead to suffering. GETTING YOUR ENERGY FLOWING AGAIN is the key to abundant health and overall enjoyment of life.

Pricing

• Public Group Classes: prices and full schedule upon request. New students please register in advance.
• Individual sessions: $90 per hour at my studio
• Kama Aina: $75 per hour
• I do make house calls, travel fees may apply.
• I am also available to give public talks, private group sessions, demonstrations, retreats and other events on a custom basis.
